How does one cope with the uncertainty and instability of our chaotic modern world without getting stressed or living in a constant state of anxiety?
Gen Demo will teach practical methods for transforming adversity from the point of view of Buddhist philosophy, psychology and meditative practice. In this way we can find the peace of mind and happiness we seek through gaining experience of meditation.

About Gen Kelsang Demo
Gen Demo is deeply respected as a teacher and Buddhist practitioner. She demonstrates a wealth of practical knowledge and provides clear and inspiring teachings for people of all levels of interest.
Gen Demo has been a student Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over 20 years and has been teaching Kadampa Buddhism since 1998. She is the Midwestern US National Spiritual Director and the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Washington DC.
We are very fortunate to have Gen Demo return to South Carolina!
