The focus in this series will be very practical: How to respond to problems with creativity and acceptance as opposed to anger and unhappiness, how to be less needy and attached and consequently enjoy our life and our relationships more. Finally we will look how to train in wisdom in daily life.

Description
For many people, the pandemic is bringing new urgency to our underlying doubts and questions about our life and our world. Does the way we are living even make sense? Did it ever make sense? Was it moving us towards fulfillment and happiness? And is such fulfillment even possible?
According to Buddha, fulfillment and lasting happiness are definitely attainable. However, to understand this we need to look at our life in a new light.
In this series of talks and guided meditations, Kelsang Jangchen will take us on a deep dive into Buddha’s view of our human life. This life we are currently experiencing is both fortunate and rare, with the potential to be extraordinarily meaningful and beneficial. It is up to us. Taking this wisdom into our heart will naturally fill us with a feeling of great good fortune and gratitude, leading to a joyful, energetic motivation to make every day count.
Everyone welcome!
