Buddha taught The Four Noble Truths over 2600 years ago, yet this ancient wisdom is still a very relevant method to solve our modern problems. Description
Our relationships with others—whether between couples, within a family, or with friends and colleagues—can have a huge impact on our happiness. Unfortunately, it’s very common for problems to arise due to misunderstandings, unrealistic expectations or conflict. This is especially painful when the person is close us, or someone who we have frequent contact with.
Through meditation we can find positive ways of relating to others that bring more joy, harmony and good communication. And we can also identify negative mental habits that sabotage our interactions with others, and learn practical methods to transform these.
