Kids need help with problems such as anger and jealousy, just as adults do. And kids can benefit from improving their loving hearts, as adults do. During KMC South Carolina’s weekly meditation class for children, kids learn about and meditate on these topics in kid-friendly terms. Every class includes a short meditation, a short lesson and hands-on activities.

These classes are for elementary school-aged children ages 5 to 11.

Susan Nelson has been a student at KMC SC since 2009. Susan is the primary teacher for our kids‘ class on Sundays and is known for her ability to communicate ways to develop a peaceful mind in a simple and fun way. She is a student of KMC SC’s Teacher Training Program. Susan is always assisted by one of our kids’ class helpers.
