This series is a perfect opportunity to learn different meditations and the basics of a meditation practice. Each class includes guided meditation and instructions that can easily be integrated into daily life.
Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike, the Living Meditation Series helps everyone discover the profound benefits of engaging in meditation, including:

Registration:
In order to participate in this meditation series, attendees need to be at least 50 years of age and to register as a Lourie Center member at any level. (Click HERE to register.)
The base entry level cost is $10 per month (or free if you live in the City of Columbia limits) and gives access to the meditation class plus other educational and recreational activities.
