Why Meditate?

  • The purpose of meditation is to make our mind calm and peaceful.
  • If we train in meditation, our mind will gradually become more and more peaceful, and we will experience a purer and purer form of happiness.

15 Minutes a Day

  • Each Monday we’ll post new 15 minute guided meditations (available for one week), and each meditation will gently guide you to peaceful, positive states of mind.
  • Daily meditation brings maximum benefit and you can replay the meditations every day for a week.
