Description
Buddha teaches that each and every living being has the wish and the potential to be happy. That happiness can be found through inner peace. And that we can attain inner peace through meditation.
In this course we will explore the causes of mental agitation, stress and upset. We’ll also learn simple and practical methods to cultivate an experience of peace within our heart.
Suitable for folks new to meditation and those with experience. You don’t need to be Buddhist to attend. Everyone is welcome.

Description
How often have you set personal goals but been unable to keep them? Or realized goals but found the results not as fulfilling or satisfying as you hoped for?
The practice of meditation, combined with Buddha’s insights on the methods of transformation, will enable us to let go of our self-limiting views and give us the confidence to change our mind and our life in the most beneficial way.

About the Teacher
Kelsang Jangchen is a Buddhist nun and the Resident Teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center South Carolina. She has been practicing meditation and Kadampa Buddhism since 1999. Jangchen teaches with warmth and compassion, offering practical methods to help people experience more peace and happiness in their daily lives.
